You need to download a program called Texmod. Extract all your mods and run the program and click the Target Application button and search for MassEffect2.exe in your Mass Effect 2 directory in the binaries folder. On the Package Mod tab underneath where you chose the Target Application, choose all the mods you want by clicking the folder icon in the middle column, then just click 'Run'. The annoying thing is though, as Mass Effect 2 isn't really a moddable game, you need to do this method everytime you want to run the mods as it doesn't replace the textures in the game.
