However, before you do that please check and make sure that your questions or concerns haven't already been. My friend in highschool owned this book too and it was basically his bible for about 4-5 years. It was filled with quackery and 'ninja mind tricks' like in one part it mentioned that if someone had their arms or legs crossed or they were holding one hand inside the other it could mean they were hiding something. Of course he took that to mean that anything anyone said while in any of these postures was a complete lie. He was a trip. One thing I took from it though and I still use is if you are in a tense or uncomfortable group of people and you want to subtly calm them down; yawn or take a deep, loud breath like a sigh. It's amazing how it immediately seems to relax everybody.
